Position Overview:
This role entails the development of specifications, contractual documents, and material lists while overseeing the procurement of equipment necessary for the Command's global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical and business insights to various Department of Defense entities, including NETCOM, ARCYBER, FORSCOM, TRADOC, and HQDA, in areas pertinent to their operations.

Act as the technical authority on assigned initiatives, managing requirements, allocated resources, budgetary considerations, and current project statuses.

Contribute to mission success by delivering planning, technical oversight, organizational structure management, and technical assistance for the deployment, maintenance, and integration of C4 signal systems to support military operations.

Oversee military personnel, civilian employees, and contractors, ensuring effective management of technical and engineering professionals.

Program Management:
Formulate requirements for technical solutions and project execution strategies that enhance systems architecture, interoperability, and overall compatibility.

Administer all resource management activities for the Directorate, including Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Command Budget Estimate (CSE), budget execution across all appropriations, and Program Evaluation Group (PEG) actions.

Qualifications:
This position is classified as Critical-Sensitive, requiring the ability to obtain and maintain TOP SECRET clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). The role may involve temporary duty travel, approximately 15-20% of the time, potentially requiring global travel.

Applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria and provide documentation proving their qualifications. Experience in information technology systems planning, technical management, and understanding of force structures is essential.
