Lead Information Technology Supervisor

Position Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the development of requirements, contract documentation, and the List of Material (LOM). This role includes coordinating the acquisition, shipment, and accounting of materials necessary for procuring equipment to support the Command's global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert technical and business guidance to various DoD entities, including NETCOM, ARCYBER, FORSCOM, TRADOC, and HQDA, in their respective areas of interest.
2. Act as the technical authority on assigned projects, managing requirements, programmed resources, budget allocations, and current implementation statuses.
3. Support mission objectives by delivering planning, technical management, force structure integration, and technical assistance for the implementation and sustainment of C4 signal systems to support operational needs.
Supervisory Duties:
Exercise oversight and management of military personnel, civilian staff, and contractors, which includes technical and engineering professionals. Additionally, support position management and internal control programs.
Resource Management:
Develop requirements for technical solutions and project implementation plans that enhance systems architecture, interoperability, and overall compatibility. Manage all resource management initiatives for the Directorate, including Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Command Budget Estimate (CSE), and budget execution of all appropriations.
Qualifications:
Applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria, including the ability to obtain and maintain TOP SECRET clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). The position may require temporary duty travel and may involve overtime and shift work on short notice.
Experience Requirements:
Candidates should possess specialized experience that demonstrates knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for success in this role. This includes extensive knowledge in InfoTech systems planning, technical management, and the requirements for the implementation and integration of C4 signal systems.
