Supervisory Information Technology Specialist

Develops requirements, contract documents, List of Material (LOM) also coordinates material acquisition, shipment, and accounting as required to procure equipment in support of the Commands worldwide.
Provides expert technical and business expertise and guidance to NETCOM, ARCYBER, FORSCOM, TRADOC, HQDA, and other DoD activities in the respective areas of interest.
Serves as technical expert, and recognized authority on assigned projects to include requirements, programmed resources, budgeted resources, and current implementation status.
Supports the mission by providing planning, technical management, force structure, force integration, and technical support for the implementation, sustainment, and integration of C4 signal systems in support of the warfighter.
Exercises supervision and control over military personnel, civilian staff and contractors which consists of technical and engineer professionals.Supports position management, and internal control programs.
Requirements/Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Management -Develops requirements for technical solutions and project implementation plans that consider and amplify systems architecture, interoperability, and overall end-to-end compatibility.
Manages all resource management initiatives for Directorate including Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Command Budget Estimate (CSE), budget execution of all appropriations and Program Evaluation Group (PEG) actions .
