Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery issues and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance delivery operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and analyze delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
