Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Communicate administrative and programmatic changes to providers to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Facilitate education and resolution of provider issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Research and analyze complex provider issues to identify solutions and implement recommendations.
  • Coordinate non-negotiated contracts for new and existing providers as needed.
  • Participate in Joint Operation Committees (JOC) of larger provider groups to ensure collaboration and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, including 2 years as a Network Management Representative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Preferred Skills:
  • Long term care experience.
  • Assisted living facilities experience.
  • Experience working with Medicaid providers.
