Job Title: HR Generalist

At Hanna Imports, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our management team and ensuring the effective implementation of our human resources policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures, including employee handbooks and benefits guides.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement business strategies that align with our company goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
