Position Summary

The Senior Consultant for Government Pricing, reporting to the Director of Advisory Services, plays a pivotal role within a distinguished team of experts. This individual will utilize their extensive knowledge in Life Sciences to analyze and synthesize secondary data, delivering valuable insights to our Government Pricing clientele. The Senior Consultant is responsible for providing timely, precise, and compliant guidance, while also nurturing robust relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic, operational, and compliance guidance regarding various U.S. Government Programs, including Medicaid, FSS, 340B, and Medicare, along with methodological support for related GP calculations.
  • Oversee compliance with Federal Supply Schedule contracts for our clients, managing contract maintenance, Public Law submissions, and negotiations with the VA.
  • Evaluate current GP processes of clients, benchmark against industry standards, and formulate actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead pre-commercial engagements, ensuring the timely execution of all GP-related pre-launch activities.
  • Provide industry insights and identify critical issues that may affect client operations.
  • Develop and update policy and procedure documentation to ensure adherence to government regulations and corporate governance.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction to foster referrals and drive revenue growth.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, managing expectations and ensuring timely completion.
  • Establish trust with clients through decisive counsel and accurate deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of three India-based members, focusing on performance management and professional development.
  • Adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing organization, emphasizing cross-functional communication.
  • Contribute to IntegriChain's thought leadership in GP through collaboration and research.
  • Support other business areas beyond government pricing as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7-10 years of consulting experience in contracts and pricing within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
  • Ability to adapt to changes while maintaining a steady influence for the team and clients.
  • Proactive leadership skills with a focus on independent task completion.
  • Experience as a client-facing consultant for complex GP activities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent presentation capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of government pricing practices and healthcare regulations.
