Industrial Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Account Manager to join our team at Capital Electric. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating revenue through product sales and services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing leadership to our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, government, institutional, and OEM customers
- Manage the sales of products and services to our account base
- Develop and implement customer pricing strategies to enhance profitability
- Quote prices and credit terms, and coordinate customer training
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Attend trade shows and meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in the electrical or lighting industry
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
