Revenue Growth Manager

The Revenue Growth Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth at Waste Management. In this position, you will lead a team of sales and account management representatives to maintain and generate profitable revenue.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the Area's Sales and Marketing Plan to improve revenue quality through price and service decisions. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members to achieve their goals.
- Key responsibilities include managing the Area's retention program, maintaining corporate retention strategies, and establishing a high level of customer satisfaction on all transactions.
- You will also supervise activities of the Sales and Retention Department, ensuring team members meet or exceed call activity, retention, pricing improvement, and service agreement conversion goals.
