Your Responsibilities
- You will develop a deep understanding of our customers and stakeholders to design and execute a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy aligned with company objectives.
- You will contribute to the go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams that drive sustainable and predictable ARR growth.
- You will cultivate and lead a high-performing marketing team, contributing to revenue growth through storytelling, marketing-led growth, demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing.
- You will define and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- You will spearhead competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to refine positioning and messaging.
- You will drive PR and thought leadership initiatives to elevate the company's market presence.
- You will lead category design efforts for Compliance Operations to differentiate our offering in the market, tell the story of the problem our solutions solve, and drive market leadership.
- You will be IGEN's Chief Storyteller, developing and implementing brand storytelling and messaging strategies to enhance market differentiation, promote brand positioning, and drive customer engagement.
- You will influence budget needs to execute our objectives and resource planning to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
- You will leverage available data and drive data requirements to ensure effective data-driven decision-making that leads to market share and revenue growth.
- You will optimize marketing automation and CRM systems to improve customer segmentation and lead nurturing strategies.
- You will foster collaboration with the Product team using the Pragmatic Framework to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with product development and innovation.
- You will lead IGEN's strategic planning efforts in coordination with the corporate strategy team.
- You will collaborate with the rest of the executive team to shape company-wide priorities and initiatives.
- You will cultivate U.S. Venture's values while inspiring, empowering, recognizing, and guiding team members.

Requirements
- You have 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- You have a proven track record of bringing new products to market and driving revenue growth through demand generation, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
- You have experience marketing to accounting professionals.
- You have a deep understanding of the SaaS sales funnel, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management.
- You possess strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- You have a data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and performance tracking.
- You have excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in strategic planning and corporate development is a plus.
- Experience in Category Design and execution is a plus.
- Experience in marketing products to accounting professionals, tax, or compliance applications is a plus.
