- Training and Development: Assist with training teammates on company procedures and programs, including onboarding new teammates and cross-training current teammates.
- Leadership Traits: Demonstrate accountability, customer-focus, collaboration, and decision-quality, while instilling trust and driving engagement among teammates.
- Flexible Availability: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Retail Sales Experience: Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items repetitively.
