As a key member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for developing and editing high-quality technical content for our clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and edit standard operating procedures, user guides, training materials, and glossary content.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to document action plans and ensure SOP compliance.
  • Route documentation through review and approval processes in our document management system.
  • Analyze existing documentation to ensure it is up-to-date, reviewed, and maintained with subject matter experts.
  • Adhere to quality and verification standards, including SOPs, and make recommendations on system documentation.
  • Organize existing and new documentation.
  • Coach and train other document controllers on technical writing concepts and best practices.
  • Suggest appropriate formatting for documentation and serve as a point person for documentation advice and support.
  • Report the status of documentation deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
