Enterprise North Region Director

As Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue. You will lead a team of managers who work directly with our customers, providing coaching, mentoring, and development to help them achieve their goals.
This role requires a strong desire to partner and collaborate with multiple teams, including Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product. Experience working with enterprise infrastructure technologies and exposure to MongoDB or NoSQL databases is a plus, but not required.
You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $129,000-$253,000 USD, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
