You will have the chance to:
Become a trusted member of the engagement team, providing a range of assurance and consulting services:

Engage proactively with clients throughout the year to gather necessary information for testing and address any inquiries.

Conduct substantive testing on clients' balance sheets and income statements.
Evaluate internal controls for deficiencies and discuss recommendations for enhancement.
Learn and develop through direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring, alongside participation in firm-wide learning and development initiatives.
Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and cultivate strong relationships both internally and externally with clients.
Build friendships and strong work relationships while gaining invaluable experience.
Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:


A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related business field, with sufficient coursework and credits to qualify for the CPA exam in the relevant state.

Exceptional academic performance is required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization.
The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel.
Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal relations, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, along with initiative and adaptability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Willingness to travel as necessary for client projects.
