As an Audit Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to specialize in a specific industry, becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Acting as a reliable member of the engagement team, providing various assurance and consulting services to clients in specific industries:
    • Engaging proactively with clients throughout the year to gather necessary information for testing and addressing inquiries.
    • Planning and overseeing the execution of all audit engagement activities.
    • Reviewing and conducting substantive testing on clients' financial statements.
    • Assessing internal control deficiencies and recommending improvements.
    • Participating in discussions with management regarding business recommendations based on findings.
  • Receiving mentorship and coaching on the job, alongside participating in firm-wide learning and development initiatives.
  • Utilizing your networking skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Supporting the professional growth of team members through our Care and Teach philosophy.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field with sufficient coursework to qualify for the CPA exam.
  • CPA certification preferred or actively pursuing completion of the exam.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in financial statement auditing within a public accounting environment.
  • Proven skills in time management, communication, interpersonal relations, and problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
