Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and balance guest accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Process credit card transactions, direct bills, and no-show billings
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports as required by the property
  • Act as manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager
  • Understand and apply all hotel safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment

Requirements

  • College degree preferred; High School Diploma and/or 2-3 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Preferably Marriott experience
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
