Job Title: Homecare Department Manager

BHIRED is seeking a highly skilled Homecare Department Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our homecare department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of homecare professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure that clients receive the appropriate level of care.
  • Oversee the budget for the homecare department and ensure that it is being used effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the homecare department.
  • Report to the CEO on the status of the homecare department.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in homecare management.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $75,000 per year + bonus.
