Customer Service Representative for Medicaid Program

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Medicaid program. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by responding to their inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring they receive the necessary information to make informed decisions about their health care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide clear and concise information about our Medicaid program and services
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bilingual skills in Spanish a plus
