Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the Boat and ATV department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Engage with customers to determine their boating and ATV needs and provide information necessary to make informed buying decisions.
  • Maintain current product knowledge and stay up-to-date on advertised items, pricing structures, and promotions.
  • Work cooperatively with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
  • Prepare the showroom each morning to ensure proper signage and product presentation.
  • Generate and manage leads and prospects in our CRM tool and participate in special events such as Boat Shows.
  • Achieve pre-determined individual monthly sales goals and maintain a clean and professional work area.
Requirements
  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures, communicate effectively, and establish working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
  • Ability to operate computer systems and Point of Sale register systems.
