Job Title: Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional skin care services to our clients, providing personalized consultations, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch facial services, including facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care treatments.
  • Train and coach junior estheticians on skin care techniques and product knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed sales and esthetics goals, as outlined by spa management.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest skin care trends and techniques.
  • Assist in planning and executing spa events and promotions.
  • Meet regularly with spa management to discuss performance and goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong retail and sales upgrade record.
  • Experience as a licensed esthetician, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional skin care services.
  • Knowledge of all spa services and product lines, with a focus on esthetics.
  • Previous lead experience preferred.
