Leasing Consultant Opportunity at American Landmark Management, LLC

American Landmark Management, LLC is seeking a skilled and driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at Emerson at Ford Park, a 280-unit residential community in Allen, TX.

About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting apartment tours, completing leasing documents, and ensuring model apartments are ready for viewing. You will also be responsible for maintaining contact with apartment locator services and local businesses to keep our community relevant and competitive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents
  • Complete leasing documents and collect rental deposits
  • Responsible for ensuring model apartments are ready to be shown
  • Understanding of lease terms, specifications, and all community policies
  • Knowledge of sales and closing techniques
  • Knowledge of the current market
  • Knowledge of current pricing and amenities that our community has to offer
  • Maintain contact with all apartment locator services and local businesses to keep our community relevant and competitive
  • Shop local competitor communities
  • Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals
  • Responsible for conducting out-reach marketing at least once per week
  • Develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program, encouraging current residents to renew their lease
  • Responsible for the organization of all resident and property files
  • Handle resident requests and complaints appropriately
  • Contribute towards the collection of delinquent rents
Qualifying Accomplishments
  • A college degree is helpful but not required
  • Leasing experience also helps, but is not required
  • Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site preferred
  • Bi-lingual helps
