Position Overview
Are you skilled at assisting others, following culinary guidelines, and maintaining organization? Our culinary associates are responsible for crafting fresh meal options daily for our members by adhering to established recipes and preparing our always warm rotisserie chicken.

We also rely on you to accurately package, label, and store products to guarantee our members receive the freshest selections to take home to their families.

At times, you will manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while assisting members with their food orders. Your friendly demeanor can transform a good shopping experience into a memorable one. You won’t just prepare delicious meals—you’ll contribute to a family’s dining experience. Your Impact:
Ensuring top-notch products are available in our prepared foods section.
Maintaining cleanliness, temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of subpar food items.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Collaboration: Stay informed about product specifications related to prepared food items; work with cross-functional teams and assist in educating fellow associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and be adaptable to the business's needs by working in various areas.
2. Expert Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future production and seasonal demands; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product execution and layout.
3. Technology Utilization: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve the shopping experience, and boost associate engagement; employ handheld technology to make immediate business decisions regarding production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to embrace them.
4. Ownership of Responsibilities: Drive performance in your area; utilize digital tools; manage high expectations; stock and rotate products; ensure quality and date control standards; minimize waste; guide peers and focus on customer needs; assist customers according to company policies.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing related action plans; utilizing the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
