Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
  • Insurance Options Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide them with personalized recommendations.
  • Marketing and Sales: Work with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow our business.
  • Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Meeting Sales Goals: A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Marketing and Sales Skills: Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs and a strong understanding of sales principles.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and a basic understanding of insurance concepts.
  • Soft Skills: People-oriented, organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows, and able to make presentations to potential customers.
