Salary: $22.34 hourly / $45,015 annually
Hybrid role: Training 100% in-office (6-9 months); post training 4 days a week in office and work from home 1 day a week

Through our comprehensive, paid training program, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the claims process, equipping you to assist policyholders during critical moments. As an Insurance Claims Representative, your responsibilities will include gathering information about incidents, examining claim specifics, and obtaining statements from all parties involved. Our clients will rely on your diligence, support, and meticulous attention to detail to facilitate their return to the road as swiftly as possible. Many of our associates experience a base salary increase of 10% within their first year, with top performers seeing increases of up to 15%.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service by demonstrating expertise, building trust, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a computer-based environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to enhance these abilities.
- Comfort and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume call center setting.
- Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A desire to learn new skills and openness to diverse career paths.
Annual Salary
$ $31.76The above annual salary range serves as a general guideline. Various factors are considered to determine the final hourly rate or annual salary offered to the selected candidate, including the role's scope and responsibilities, the candidate's work experience, education, training, work location, and market considerations.
