Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist with managing group bookings and supporting our marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering exceptional service, a willingness to learn, and the ability to lead by example. They should respond professionally and courteously to both guests and team members, providing support on both personal and professional levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Group Sales Coordination: Manage and maintain the accuracy of group bookings in our inventory management system from entry to final booking confirmation.
  • Communicate group room block requests and updates to the Front Office Team.
  • Verify and reconcile room blocks regularly between Sales and Front Office.
  • Update group room pickups post-departure in the sales database.

Sales and Marketing Coordination:

  • Assist the sales team with proposals and the conference team with event orders.
  • Conduct market research for client development initiatives.
  • Maintain an updated client database for future marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate on social media projects aimed at attracting new business.
  • Enhance client messaging across various social media platforms to expand our client base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in hospitality or a professional office setting.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with Delphi and hotel operations is a plus.

Compensation
The compensation for this role ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
