Position Overview:
An Assistant Manager in the restaurant sector plays a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Manager and overseeing team operations. This position is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform all essential duties of restaurant team members as needed.
2. Lead team meetings alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure clear communication and alignment.
3. Oversee and implement Brand Training Programs, including scheduling, training, validating, and certifying team members and shift leaders.
4. Ensure adherence to Brand standards, recipes, and operational systems.
5. Foster a guest-centric culture within the restaurant.
6. Analyze guest feedback and develop action plans for improvement.
7. Communicate restaurant priorities, objectives, and performance metrics to team members.
8. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on new product rollouts, including training and marketing initiatives.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
10. Manage costs effectively to maximize profitability.
11. Conduct periodic inventory assessments as directed.
12. Assist in creating weekly labor schedules to meet service demands.
13. Support the Restaurant Manager in vendor management and order completion.
14. Perform self-assessments and develop corresponding action plans.
15. Ensure the restaurant operates within budgetary constraints.
16. Manage cash handling procedures in accordance with company policies.

Management Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members.
2. Assist in performance appraisal processes for team and shift leaders.
3. Coach team members to enhance sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Fundamental math and financial management skills.
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality settings.
- Strong analytical skills and business insight.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Punctual, honest, and maintains a positive attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to change.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
