We are currently seeking a dedicated Evening Operations Supervisor to enhance our operational team.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in the cleaning industry, be fluent in both Spanish and English, and be eager to collaborate with senior management and the operations team.

This position primarily operates from 4 PM to 12 AM, Monday through Friday.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to communications via email, phone, and text during business hours and as needed on weekends.
  • Coordinate with cleaning teams to address client concerns and relay outcomes to management.
  • Conduct visits to various facilities each evening to execute cleaning protocols using a mobile application.
  • Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Report emergencies to management or designated client contacts during off-hours.
  • Prepare and send nightly operational reports to management.
  • Foster positive relationships with cleaning personnel.
  • Utilize various communication methods including text, email, and phone.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Mandatory).
  • High School Diploma (Mandatory).
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (Mandatory).
  • Experience in the janitorial and facility maintenance sector (Preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:
