Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and leading a team of team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Support the General Manager in leading the restaurant team to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
    • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
    • Proven ability to drive positive results and improve team performance
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Education and Certifications
    • ServSafe certification (or ability to pass)
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
