**About the Role**
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Nurse Manager to join our team. Our mission is to provide individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease, and we're committed to building a positive and supportive work environment.
The Dialysis Nurse Manager will be responsible for managing dialysis facility operations and supervising nursing personnel to ensure safe and efficient treatments for our patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Schedule patients and staff, and provide direct patient care when needed
Develop and implement standards of care, ensuring compliance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, and DCI's Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
Plan and provide training for patient care staff, collaborating with the nurse educator
Coordinate DCI, QAPI, and risk management program implementation with the quality and risk manager
Collaborate with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses, and equipment technicians on patient care initiatives
Manage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff supervision, working closely with the medical director
**Requirements:**
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated clinical excellence
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Desire to collaborate with care teams
Ability to problem solve
Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, RN)
Six months' dialysis experience required, one year dialysis experience preferred
One year clinical nursing experience required
Supervisory experience preferred
Current CA Registered Nurse license
