Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at 1st State Brokerage. As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Life and Health Insurance License required
- 100% commission-based income plus Company bonus potential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and sales skills
