The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with our largest customers, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs of our strategic customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving business growth and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs, providing insights to inform product development and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business cases to drive customer adoption and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with a track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passion for the climate and sustainability space, with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
What We Offer:

At Watershed, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, variable commission, and a comprehensive benefits program. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.

OTE Range: $180,000—$200,000 USD
