About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for helping our customers realize the full value of our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at the C-suite and executive level
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic guidance and support to customers
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer success, and develop strategies to prevent churn
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure customers are getting the most out of our products
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Proven track record of managing strategic customers with complex SaaS product portfolios
  • Experience establishing trusted advisor relationships with customers
  • Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and metrics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to drive customer success
