Watershed is a software platform dedicated to empowering companies to achieve their climate goals. Our mission is to help organizations measure, reduce, and report their emissions, and we're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team.

The Role

We're seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with our largest customers, helping them navigate the climate world, Watershed's offerings, and their own organizations to accomplish their goals. As a CSM, you'll dive deep with customers to understand their business and how to best support them on their climate journeys, leveraging the power of Watershed's broader teams to accomplish this.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end experience of our customers
  • Build trust with key stakeholders and executives working with major financial institutions and F500 companies
  • Help customers understand and use the product to achieve business outcomes, from building their carbon footprint to reporting and setting climate plans
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to the company and leadership on how we can better serve customers to maximize value and retention
  • Be at the forefront of our product development, with customers' needs driving Watershed's product strategy
  • Become deeply familiar with customers' businesses, organizations, and climate initiatives, helping them unblock climate journey progress
Requirements
  • Relevant CSM experience in a SaaS organization, working with directly with some of the largest companies in the world
  • Track record of success building relationships, especially with strategic customers (10,000+ employees) at an executive level
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in enterprise-level customer-facing work
  • Extremely organized, able to balance many moving pieces across various customers in your portfolio
  • Enjoy learning new things and excited by the challenge of learning a new space
What We Offer

At Watershed, we strive to design consistent, fair, and competitive compensation programs. The on-target earnings range may be inclusive of several levels at Watershed and final offer will be determined by a number of factors, including the candidate's skills, capabilities, and location, as well as scope of the role.

The anticipated on-target earnings is inclusive of base salary + variable commission. The provided compensation detail is in addition to a total rewards benefits package including equity, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, paid parental leave (includes variable compensation during leave), fertility, and mental health programs, etc.

OTE Range: $166,500—$200,000 USD
