Your responsibilities will include setting up user accounts, resolving support inquiries, and addressing questions from educators as they leverage Goalbook to elevate their instructional strategies.

At times, you may also provide assistance to the team with various operational tasks.

This role presents unique challenges, requiring you to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and support them in multiple capacities.

You should be adept at navigating discussions, fostering strong relationships with a variety of individuals, and demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.

Moreover, you will collaborate closely with our internal product and business teams.

If you possess a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering outstanding service to a wide array of individuals, this position may be an excellent match for you.



Key Responsibilities
  • Address support inquiries and requests, engaging with district and school partners primarily through email.
  • Assist new clients in fully setting up their accounts and preparing for training sessions.
  • Process purchase orders and follow up with clients as necessary.
  • Collaborate with fellow Support team members to update internal documentation as processes evolve.
  • Maintain organized internal systems with accurate and current records.
  • Support the Operations team with various business functions.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
