Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Player Services Representative to join our team at Wind Creek Hospitality. As a key member of our gaming floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash transactions, including exchanging cash and chips, issuing counter checks, and making payouts to guests.
  • Balance cashier cash drawers at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process Front Money Deposits and Withdrawals, as well as On-Line Gaming Deposits and Withdrawals.
  • Communicate the benefits of our Players Club to guests, issuing new club memberships and assisting existing members with their accounts.
  • Assist guests with bus information, including assigning departure information to arriving buses and coordinating the arrival and departure of buses.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive image of our brand to guests and colleagues alike.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve department goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in a cashier or banking setting preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in oral and written form.
  • Interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest needs and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to operate a computer and read data from a computer screen.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment, with prolonged standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling. The successful candidate must be able to lift or carry a minimum of 25 pounds, unassisted, and work effectively in a team environment.
