We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Player Services Representative to join our team at Wind Creek Hospitality. As a key member of our gaming team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage cash transactions, including exchanging cash and chips, issuing counter checks, and making payouts to guests.
- Balance cashier drawers at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process Front Money Deposits and Withdrawals, as well as On-Line Gaming Deposits and Withdrawals.
- Communicate the benefits of our Players Club to guests, issuing new club memberships and assisting existing members with their services.
- Assist guests with bus information, including assigning departure information to arriving buses and coordinating arrival and departure times.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive image of our brand to guests and colleagues alike.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in a cashier or banking setting preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in oral and written form.
- Interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Must be able to operate a computer and read data from a screen, as well as add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment, with prolonged standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling. The successful candidate must be able to lift or carry a minimum of 25 pounds, unassisted, and must be able to work with others, communicate effectively, and receive direction as needed.
