  • Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets based on various factors, including employment status and historical performance.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform calculations involving discounts and percentages.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Other Skills: Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
  • Proficient in operating computer systems and point-of-sale technology.

Additional Duties: May include temporary assignments in other areas of the store as needed.
