Job Title: Fiscal Management Specialist 2

Job Summary:

The State of Pennsylvania is seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Management Specialist 2 to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing financial management support to our organization. This includes planning, coordinating, and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support budgeting and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with departmental staff to identify and address financial management issues.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on financial management policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
