Position: Product Manager II - Associate Enablement at Marriott International

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Assists in the formulation of product strategies for technology offerings and services tailored to meet the requirements of management and team members.
  • Ensures exceptional client satisfaction and effective implementation of technology solutions across global Customer Engagement Centers.
  • Delivers product knowledge to support optimal business solutions for contact center technology platforms.
  • Collaborates closely with vendor partners in the realm of Contact Center Technologies.
  • Requires industry expertise, experience in technology, CRM systems, leadership capabilities, and financial management skills.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: Education and Experience Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, or 6+ years of relevant professional experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership for Associate Enablement Systems.
  • Utilize product dashboards to foster a decision-making culture.
  • Convert technology opportunities into tangible results.
  • Document product specifications and develop business cases.
  • Ensure deliverables align with Marriott standards.
  • Oversee product feature lifecycle and assist in procurement efforts.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
