We are seeking an Administrative Director - Psychiatry SMH to join our team and play a key role in leading our ambulatory practice. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice, including managing staff, improving efficiency and quality, and ensuring optimal patient throughput.

Salary Range:

$51,899-$67,469 annually.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve strategic goals
  • Lead and manage a team of direct reports and supervisory staff
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to staff
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to practice operations

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree with coursework in business administration or healthcare administration
  • 2 years administrative experience with 1 year of management experience in healthcare
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
