Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Home Team Vacation Rentals. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and sales support tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, and review correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and electronic databases.
  • Manage daily communications, prioritizing tasks and filtering information to keep the CEO informed.
Sales Administration Support:
  • Assist the CEO and sales team in generating sales reports, tracking leads, and maintaining CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments on special projects, promotional materials, and sales presentations.
  • Assist with property management reports, pricing analysis, and inventory tracking for rental properties.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners as needed to facilitate sales and service efforts.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters.
