Position Overview:
Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and career-focused Countermeasures & Integration (C&I) Technician II to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- The C&I Technician II is responsible for all facets of C&I programs and offers expert advice on related matters.
- This role involves supporting U.S. Department of State C&I needs in various overseas environments, which may present high-risk scenarios.
- While primarily based domestically, the technician may need to rotate through different theaters and locations as required.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) through the successful execution of moderately to highly complex tasks.
- Applies advanced understanding of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures specific to the area of expertise.
- Exhibits proficiency in C&I principles and provides guidance on C&I-related challenges.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of technical experience in supporting modern C&I systems, including knowledge of radio frequency (RF) theory and modulation.
- Ability to develop Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP) for deploying vehicles equipped with CREW systems in response to various threats.
- Proficiency with ECM systems utilized by the U.S. Department of State, such as Egon, Duke, Odin, and Symphony.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with all organizational levels.
- Exhibits a positive attitude and the capacity to work collaboratively within a cohesive team.
- Efficient multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and office automation software, with knowledge of maintenance management software being a plus.

- Must possess a current Secret security clearance.
- Must maintain necessary security clearance/access approvals.
Travel Requirements:
- Potential for OCONUS travel for installation, training, or maintenance at diplomatic facilities.
- Travel may involve critical threat locations with challenging living conditions.
- Domestic travel may be necessary for training and program coordination.
Physical Requirements:
- Work involves concrete shop floors and may require positioning oneself inside vehicles in cramped spaces.
- Ability to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds across shop floors.
- Utilization of hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches.
- Frequent work in various environments, including warehouses and vehicles that may be hot, cold, or poorly lit.
- Occasional outdoor work in diverse terrain and weather conditions.
