About the Role

This position involves collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals and resolving client issues efficiently. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering positive relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone or email correspondence
  • Proactively take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and resolve client issues
  • Foster positive relationships with our clients, account managers, and sales team as their primary point of contact

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you
