Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our residential rental properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process rental payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and deliver notices to residents in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, future residents, and internal team members
  • Listen to resident requests, concerns, and comments, and respond in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist in marketing activities to promote our properties and attract new residents
  • Assume Property Manager duties in their absence, ensuring seamless operations and resident satisfaction
  • Follow Bridge policies and procedures, as well as Fair Housing, state, and federal laws
  • Identify and report safety hazards to management, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff
  • Regular, on-time attendance and a strong work ethic are essential for this role
Requirements
  • Proficiency in standard office equipment, including telephones, Internet, fax machines, and photocopiers
  • Intermediate computer and data-entry skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, co-workers, and management
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, energetic, organized, detailed, and service-oriented at all times
