- Assist members and prospective members with their loan inquiries and processing needs, including indirect lending. Manage consumer loan applications and originate loans via phone, indirect channels, or online platforms. Evaluate and respond to online membership applications.
- Ensure that all loan funding and documentation are handled accurately and promptly, fostering strong relationships with local dealers and members. Provide support to members, colleagues, and dealer representatives in resolving issues and answering queries.
- Analyze credit reports to identify opportunities for cross-selling or pre-approvals, offering additional financial solutions to members with existing loans or products.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education: High school diploma or GED is necessary.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in business writing.
- Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Capable of identifying problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions while navigating various abstract and concrete variables.
