About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic geotechnical engineering consulting work with existing and target clients to achieve significant revenue growth.
  • Actively participate in professional organizations to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality geotechnical engineering services to clients.
  • Mentor and develop staff to ensure the continued growth and success of our geotechnical engineering group.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in civil engineering with a focus in geotechnical engineering.
  • More than 15 years of experience in strategic geotechnical engineering consulting.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a project management role.
  • Professional engineering registration (PE and GE in California).
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering significant revenue growth for consulting work.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
