We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at ECS Limited. As a key member of our geotechnical department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and supporting our staff in the delivery of geotechnical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and support to geotechnical staff in the development of geotechnical solutions.
- Host or attend project meetings with clients and ECS staff to provide technical solutions and expertise.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members to ensure their technical skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
- Participate in the review committee for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation.
- Oversee projects, perform technical report reviews, prepare and review proposals, and assist with management of the department and P&L.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth and development.
- Assist hiring managers in making staffing decisions and lead and coach junior staff members.
- Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering required.
- 12 years of related experience.
- Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license required in each state where you work.
- Valid driver's license required if driving for ECS.
