We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at ECS Limited. As a key member of our geotechnical department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and supporting our staff in the delivery of geotechnical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to geotechnical staff in the development of geotechnical solutions.
  • Host or attend project meetings with clients and ECS staff to provide technical solutions and expertise.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members to ensure their technical skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
  • Participate in the review committee for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation.
  • Oversee projects, perform technical report reviews, prepare and review proposals, and assist with management of the department and P&L.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth and development.
  • Assist hiring managers in making staffing decisions and lead and coach junior staff members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering required.
  • 12 years of related experience.
  • Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license required in each state where you work.
  • Valid driver's license required if driving for ECS.
