Customer Experience Specialist

At ClimateMaster, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing product knowledge, understanding customer needs, and aligning goals with Strategic Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
  • Collaborate with Reps & Distributors to understand their business goals
  • Proactively manage orders to ensure on-time delivery, coordinating with Production Control, Purchasing, and Shipping teams
  • Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure proper resolution
  • Build sustainable business relationships through open communication
  • Update customer information in the CRM database
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to stay updated on product knowledge
  • Offer support to Strategic Business Partners to grow sales
  • Project management oriented, collaborating goals with Sales and Strategic Business Partners
  • Recommend new approaches to improve department efficiency
Requirements:
  • High School diploma/GED required; associate degree in a business-related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience required; HVAC product knowledge preferred
  • Ability to type 35 wpm; skilled with MS Office Suite and strong Excel skills
