Sales Executive

We are a family-owned business that prioritizes homeowners, specializing in windows, doors, baths, roofing, and siding to inspire and delight.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Previous experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and demonstrating the value of products or services to customers.
- Possess a deep understanding of the market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Manage their sales pipeline, qualify leads, and close deals.
- Be proficient in using sales tools and technologies to track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts and referrals is crucial for an outside sales representative to expand their customer base and generate new leads.
- Continuously update their knowledge about the products or services they are selling, as well as industry regulations and best practices.
- Excel in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, understand their requirements, and address any concerns or objections.
