Group Benefits Sales Professional

Hiring a qualified Group Benefits Account Executive for our Lancaster, Pennsylvania office. Job entails managing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic planning.
About the Position:The Group Benefits Account Executive will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee group benefits account management and a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field and a Pennsylvania Producer License - Life, Accident & Health Lines of Authority (or be willing to obtain one) are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities and drive sales growth
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow sales revenue
- Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
